摘要: Abstract The effects of four bacterial biocontrol agents on Fusarium verticillioides infection and fumonisin accumulation in the maize agroecosystem were evaluated a 2-year field study. antagonistic abilities examined following two application techniques consisting inoculating seeds during pre-sowing ears at flowering. Seed inoculation with F. co-inoculation this fungus each also examined. Treatment performance assessed through determination number plants per hectare, kernels yield (kg ha −1 ) kernel–cob relations. B 1 contents determined physiologically mature harvest time. Maize remained unchanged respect to controls both surveys; however significantly higher FB obtained after M7075. treatment Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Enterobacter hormaechei reduced by years study while ear produced highly variable results. colony forming units from harvested was positively correlated content; none these parameters showed significant correlation kernel yield. overall results suggest that conducive for production, seed may improve quality grains reducing toxin content.
