摘要: The signs and symptoms of preeclampsia are usually apparent at a relatively late stage in pregnancy (late second to early third trimester). However, the disorder results from abnormal interaction between fetal maternal tissue much earlier pregnancy, 8 18 weeks' gestation. During past two decades numerous clinical, biophysical, biochemical tests have been proposed for detection preeclampsia. Some these simple, whereas others invasive; some studied extensively, while still under clinical investigation. A review literature indicates considerable disagreement regarding sensitivity predictive values various studied. reported differences may be attributed one or more following: populations studied, definition prevalence disorder, techniques methodology used performing tests, etc. As result, there is ideal screening test identifying patients trials dealing with prevention disorder.
