摘要: Endometriosis is a chronic benign gynecological disease with symptoms that can severely impact quality of life and well-being. Women affected by endometriotic ovarian cyst could have associated infertility problems. Infertility affects 30% to 50% women endometriosis. endometriosis are at risk decreased reserve, due the pathophysiologic mechanisms. Generally, management include surgical procedure (usually minimally invasive approach) ovulation induction intrauterine insemination or in vitro fertilization. Fertility preservation technologies also oocyte embryo freezing tissue cryopreservation. Approach patients cysts still remains controversial, multidisciplinary approach key factor achieve best outcome appropriate patient counselling. Such team achieving successful outcome.
