摘要: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) critically regulates tumor angiogenesis through its potent functions as a stimulator of cell survival, mitogenesis, migration, and differentiation, well vascular permeability, immunosuppression mobilization progenitor cells from the bone marrow into peripheral circulation. Genetic alterations chaotic microenvironment are clearly attributed to numerous abnormalities in expression signaling VEGF confer tremendous survival advantage manifested by exuberant consequent malignant phenotype. Designing effective therapeutic strategies targeting control metastasis requires understanding molecular mechanisms both inducible constitutive expression.
