摘要: Abstract Sequential formation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and nanorods from the reduction AgNO 3 was affected by a poly(oxyethylene)-amidoacid (POE-amidoacid) in aqueous solution. The requisite POE-amidoacid, consisting –(CH 2 CH O) n – segments with amide carboxyl groups, simply prepared via amidation trimellitic anhydride poly(oxyethylene)-monoamine (POE-amine) molecular weight ( M w ) ∼2000 g/mol. POE-amidoacid afforded AgNPs as small 5 nm diameter, which gradually (over period months) self-assembled into that were 10–15 nm width 30–50 nm length. hierarchical Ag species occurred only at ambient temperature, but aggregates formed above 50 °C. process could be monitored UV absorption 420 380 nm for nanorods, respectively, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) nanorods. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) tapping-mode atomic force (TM-AFM) analyses revealed structurally tailored indeed multifunctional: it reduced + , stabilized obtained 0 species, served template tandem
