摘要: In this paper we present system level simulation results of a self-optimizing load balancing algorithm in long-term-evolution (LTE) mobile communication system. Based on previous work, evaluate the network performance that requires cell as input and controls handover parameters. We compare for different setups: basic, regular setup, non-regular grid with sizes also realistic scenario based measurements traffic setup.
