摘要: An overview is presented of the properties and effective thickness interphase formed between fibres polymer matrices. Chemical physical characterization discussed to portray molecular interactions comprising layers in silane-treated glass-fibre composites. The gap physico-chemical investigation on one side bulk material testing other bridged by implementation novel techniques, such as nanoindentation, nanoscratch tests, atomic force microscopy (AFM), which have been successfully used for nanoscopic past few years.
