摘要: For more, than the 30-year’ s period of development there were many applications SQUIDs due to its high sensitivity and broad frequency band. One most recently developed research SQUID-based instrument is a scanning SQUID microscope (SSM). The first SSMs based on low transition temperature (LTS) SQUIDs, operated at liquid helium (~ 4.2 K) [1– 5], appearance successful (HTS) nitrogen (~77 [6] considerably has expanded area researches opened road commercial applications. At present time microscopes are used for imaging superconducting magnetic materials, currents flowing in circuits, electric fields, biomagnetic research. Their capabilities shown field nondestructive evaluation (NDE) by search different defects metallic structures hardware products microelectronics.
