摘要: Lower urinary tract infection is a common problem for women, and tends to be recurrent. It not associated with significant long term morbidity. Optimal management symptomatic short course antimicrobial therapy. For women frequent, symptomatic, recurrent number of therapeutic options are available including single dose self-treatment, extended low prophylaxis, or post-intercourse prophylaxis. who do wish experience any episodes, prophylactic therapy, either continuous during risk situations particularly post-intercourse, other options. Which strategy followed should based on patient preference.
