摘要: Raman spectroscopy is a minimally-invasive optical technique with great potential for in vivo cancer detection and disease diagnosis. However, there no systematic study of the spectra from different organs to date. We measured characterized eighteen naive mouse broad frequency range 700 3100 cm⁻¹. The peaks generic proteins lipids appeared all organs. Some like bone, teeth, brain lung had unique peaks. autofluorescence was strong liver, spleen, heart, kidney. These results suggest that organ specific probe design data processing strategies are required order get most useful information.
