摘要: Abstract : Scintillation data recorded by Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers in various locations are examined. This report details our investigation into the validation of GPS S4 and 60-second phase sigma values for their inclusion Air Force Research Laboratory Network Decision Aid (SCINDA) as an aid issuing scintillation warnings predictions. GOES8 L-band is compared with levels during moderate scintillation. The construction need site specific masks to reduce possibility false due persistent anomalous spikes seen data, likely interference, also discussed.
