摘要: Abstract This article examines the problems inherent in locating large-scale mining projects Philippines, a nation vulnerable to typhoons and heavy rainfall events. The government of Philippines has emphasized as method achieving economic development but are highly events, which can adversely impact thus degrading natural resources relied upon by rural poor. With climate change, becoming more powerful, unpredictable, this further complicates difficulty attempting rely an agent development.
