摘要: Les benefices pour le nouveau-ne premature d’une cure prenatale unique de corticoides sont etablis depuis presque vingt ans. Cependant, ils limites a sept jours, posant question sur les modalites preserver l’acquis precieux quand persiste un risque prematurite. cures hebdomadaires ou bimensuelles systematiques abandonnees, car benefice neonatal immediat est occulte par defaut croissance cerebrale du foetus, soulevant des craintes son developpement neurologique futur. La sauvetage se presente comme une alternative interessante, avec effet pulmonaire comparable retentissement plus modere la biometrie fœtale. Cette strategie cependant ne fait pas encore l’objet recommandation, faute consensus sa realisation pratique et donnees complementaires suivi long terme enfants traites. Enfin, aucune donnee serieuse cautionne corticotherapie au-dela 34 SA dans contexte cesarienne elective terme.
