摘要: For large-alphabet languages, like Japanese, handwriting input using an online recognition technique is essential for accuracy and speed. However, there are serious problems that prevent high of unconstrained handwriting. First, the thousands ideographic Japanese characters Chinese origin (called Kanji) can be written with wide variations in number order strokes significant shape distortions. Also, writing box-free required to create a better man-machine interface. Intense research performed over past 15 years answer most pressing described. Prototype systems also The interfaces made possible by anticipated advances both hardware software discussed. >
