摘要: Diagnostic laparoscopy can provide clinically useful information which influences management in patients suffering from both acute and chronic intra-abdominal disorders but is especially hepatic, biliary pancreatic disease. staging provides clear benefit to malignancy [1–9], it indeed surprising that the procedure has been overlooked routine work-up of these patients, although situation changed drastically last few years. Instead repeated, expensive imaging tests such as computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance (MRI) scannning with or without percutaneous guided biopsy, a laparoscopic examination will, most instances, direct visualization lesion, more reliable tissue sample often yields accurate on disease, establishing dissemination resectability primary lesion. These advantages are certainly true for pancreatic, gastric, oesophageal colorectal cancer. There no radiological technique detect peritoneal seedlings small metastatic deposits liver same reliability [5, 6].
