Programa de assistência à saúde do idoso em Manaus em nível ambulatorial: uma análise crítica

摘要: This study targets to analyze the Program of Attention Aged People’s Health – PASI (PAAPH), in Manaus municipality, using outpatient clinics, based on public policies aged people’s health attention by Ministry from Brazil, through managers view point and users (PAAPH) municipality department. The sample is 8 54 according inclusion criteria. research was means documents individual semi-structured interviews. data were transcribed text editor analyzed their content analysis. results extracted interviews constitute nine thematic areas, such as, five users: knowledge, organized offer, professional accessibility, self-perception assistance improvement; four managers: municipal policy, functioning, integral and services (PASI) PAAPH knowledge evidenced program (doctor’s, nurse’s social worker’s consults, food complement medicines), priority service, extra wall activity ignorance about (PAAPH). offer emphasizes medical assistance, medicines, activities unknown offers. accessibility team physicians, nurses, workers, dentists, community agents laboratory professionals. of the given “well assisted”.
