Fostering enterprise architecture education and training with the enterprise architecture competence framework

摘要: Enterprise architecture (EA) implementation refers to a set of activities ultimately aiming align business objectives with information technology infrastructure in an organization. EA is multidisciplinary, complicated and endless process, hence, calls for adequate education training programs that will build highly skilled personnel (called enterprise architects) diverse competencies. This development domain-specific competencies also supported by European policies on vocational training. To this end, the authors present uses Architecture Competence Framework (EA-CF). EA-CF proposed conceptual model describes compliance e-Competence (e-CF). The argue stakeholders can consult framework regarding they want underpin thus identify corresponding skills, knowledge attitudes result as learning outcomes courses programs.
