The pathology testis perinatally estrogenized animals is complex origin, with several critical factors directly or indirectly involved, whose relative importance possibly dependent dose, time, duration estrogen treatment. discusses direct indirect hormones given reproductive tract. suggest desirability follow-up studies higher risk cancer gonadal dysfunction prenatally DES-exposed human population.
