摘要: Abstract Two series of metastable, cubic face-centered non-stoichiometric anti-glass tellurates Y, La, and lanthanides have been found: Te-richer phases, containing tetravalent Te only, with compositions between Ln 2 6 O 15 4 7 20 lattice constants 570−549 pm, Ln-richer phases minor amounts hexavalent Te, Ln:Te ratios 3:2 11:10, 574 539 pm.
