摘要: Abstract ZnO hollow spheres were one-pot fabricated by hydrothermal treatment. Zinc nitrate dissolved together with urea and glucose in water, the mixtures heated at 180 °C for 24 h. During treatment, carbon are formed zinc ions incorporated into hydrophilic shell. The removal of via calcinations yields oxide spheres. as-prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction field emission gun scanning electron microscope. results indicated that products pure hexagonal structure sphere, formation mechanism was discussed. Consequently, exhibited good sensing performance towards acetone gas rapid response when operated 300 °C.
