摘要: Introduction Endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm (EVAR) requires the patient's extended exposure to x-rays, before, during, and after intervention. The aim this study was determine radiation patients undergoing EVAR assess probability for induction both late early radiation-related effects. Methods During period May 2006 December 2007 carried out in 62 using a mobile C-arm unit. following dosimetric quantities were assessed: fluoroscopy time, cumulative dose air, dose-area product, field area, peak skin dose. Results duration body mass index found be main factors that influence burden our hospital. mean effective per procedure, 6.2 mSv, between from planar coronary angiography angioplasty. Taking into account computed tomography (CT) procedure-related angiographies during first year, receive total about mSv within year. In vivo dosimetry showed linearly correlated with air did not exceed 1.0 Gy, ie, it less than threshold any acute reaction. Conclusion Repair results substantial burden. Radiation-related risks carcinogenesis injuries are have taken selection strategy each facility.
