摘要: Microneedle mediated drug delivery is an amalgam of the conventional transdermal patch and hypodermic needle injection. It offers improved technique without limitations above methods. The ability microneedles to increase permeability substances in skin has been established literature. However, a quantitative method for predicting performance microneedle devices prior their fabrication yet be fully developed. contribution this research theoretical framework modelling optimizing array design obtain desired rate while taking into account transport mechanical properties skin. This achieved by exploring various theories surrounding transport. existing are then used develop models link parameters with such as concentration blood. Numerical simulations analyses that carried out PhD indicate significant effect on delivery. An algorithm was developed solving series equations presented, thus obtaining which applied predict arrays vivo. Some practical scenarios also simulated demonstrate applicability framework. For example, numerical Fentanyl show varying penetrated length tip radius affected peak blood concentration. Similarly, optimum calculate similar obtained using system. study relevant it provides better understanding process orchestrates hence, more efficient based devices.
