Investigation of plasma electrolytic oxidation on valve metals by means of molecular spectroscopy - a review

摘要: A review of results molecular spectroscopic investigations during plasma electrolytic oxidation valve metals is presented. Particular attention paid to three spectral systems, B1Σ+ → X1Σ+ MgO, and B2Σ+ X2Σ+, C2Π–X2Σ+ AlO. It was shown that a reliable assignment the observed features can only be carried out by critical comparison with data obtained from high-resolution spectroscopy, using quantum mechanical structure calculations. Assuming existence partial local thermal equilibrium, we used our determine temperature. Although limited in quality, spectra are very rich, they cover large wavelength regions, obtain information about physical chemical processes take place course light their alloys.
