摘要: A review of results molecular spectroscopic investigations during plasma electrolytic oxidation valve metals is presented. Particular attention paid to three spectral systems, B1Σ+ → X1Σ+ MgO, and B2Σ+ X2Σ+, C2Π–X2Σ+ AlO. It was shown that a reliable assignment the observed features can only be carried out by critical comparison with data obtained from high-resolution spectroscopy, using quantum mechanical structure calculations.
