摘要: Studies have reported that electroencephalogram signals in Alzheimer's disease patients usually less synchronization than those of healthy subjects. Changes start at early stage but, clinically, these changes are not easily detected. To detect this perturbation, three neural synchrony measurement techniques: phase synchrony, magnitude squared coherence, and cross correlation applied to different databases mild We compared the right left temporal lobes brain with rest areas (frontal, central, occipital) as regions relatively first ones be affected by disease. Moreover, further classified into five frequency bands (delta, theta, alpha beta, gamma) because each band has its own physiological significance terms signal evaluation. A new approach using principal component analysis before applying techniques been presented Average technique. The simulation results indicated shows significantly better lateral one. At end, all aforementioned assessed a statistical test (Mann-Whitney U test) compare results.
