The effectiveness of spectral and color Doppler in predicting ovarian torsion

摘要: We evaluated the effectiveness of color and spectral Doppler examination ovarian vasculature flow, using transvaginal sonography (TVS) in 65 women prior to laparoscopy due suspected torsion. There were 15 cases In all them, a pathology was detected by examination. Of 50 patients without torsion at laparoscopy, one had abnormal studies. Color can demonstrate presence or absence arterial venous flow ovary.
