摘要: The Task Force on Genetic Testing was created to review genetic testing in the United States and, when necessary, make recommendations ensure development of safe and effective tests. A survey explore state undertaken for completed early 1995. survey, as well literature reports other information collected Force, showed problems affecting safety effectiveness, defined by Force: validity utility predictive tests, laboratory quality, appropriate use healthcare providers consumers. On basis these findings, made several testing. Secretary Health Human Services followed up one recommendation creating Secretary's Advisory Committee Testing. One its functions will be implement Force.
