摘要: Injury is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in developing countries. Utilizing partnership between Kamuzu Central Hospital (KCH) the University North Carolina Departments Surgery, we describe an approach to injury surveillance, examine utility trauma scoring systems, outline steps necessary before such systems can be reliably instituted resource-constrained setting.
