摘要: The inhibitory effects of Perilla frutescens and its phenolic constituents on cytokine-induced proliferation murine cultured mesangial cells were investigated. DNA synthesis stimulated by platelet derived growth factor (PDGF, 10 ng/ml) or tumor necrosis (TNF)-alpha (100 U/ml) was inhibited the extract P. (IC50 values, 3.3 1.4 micrograms/ml, respectively). strength anti-proliferative activity nearly equal in various chemotypes frutescens. Caffeic acid, methyl caffeate, rosmarinic luteolin 7-O-glucuronide-6"-methyl ester isolated as active from typical strain frutescens, their IC50 values for PDGF-induced cell estimated 26 microM, 2.6 1.8 4.1 respectively. We also compared activities related flavonoids previously had highest activity.
