摘要: Although several evidence has suggested the impact of exercise on prevention aging phenotypes, few studies have been conducted mechanism by which alters immune-cell profile, thereby improving metabolism in senile obesity. In this study, we confirmed that 4-week treadmill sufficiently improved metabolic function, including increased lean mass and decreased fat mass, 88-week-old mice. The expression level senescence marker p16 white adipose tissue (WAT) was after 4-weeks exercise. Exercise induced changes profiles subsets, natural killer (NK) cells, central memory CD8+ T eosinophils, neutrophils, stromal vascular fraction WAT. addition, it shown through transcriptome analysis WAT can activate pathways involved interaction between immune particular NK aged These results suggest a profound effect distribution senescent-cell scavenging mice, eventually affecting overall energy toward more youthful state.
