摘要: This research study examined how a multinational company determined what the critical success factors (CSFs) were for developing global e-learning. The analyzed these CSFs grouped together to make their management more efficient. There 21 participants in who key stakeholders from United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. results demonstrated that not all deemed every program considered early project often changed by end of project. In addition, showed grouping into common categories allowed development be consistent thorough ability manage address those throughout Finally, company, best way was expand existing practices standard operating procedures CSFs.
