摘要: Abstract This paper presents a three-level hierarchical control approach for microgrids in grid-connected mode. The first level optimizes microgrid operation the long run, e.g. 15 min, with goal of minimizing microgrid’s operating costs. second takes part frequency microgrids. It utilizes Model Predictive Controller and Kalman Filter based on available measurements microgrid. third is plant level, which classical controllers are used tracking optimal set points received from upper two levels. developed scheme applied to Smart Grid Lab (SGLab) at University Zagreb Faculty Electrical Engineering Computing. findings this close-to-real-world application also presented.
