摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing high-elasticity volleyball synthetic leather, the comprising following steps: A. soaking nonwoven fabric serving as base in dimethyl formamide solution to completely saturate fabric, taking out and controlling by scraper amount of soaked into fabric; B. mixing thermoplastic elastomer with foaming agent, heating melting same form foam, adhering foam product prepared step A; C. coating surface treatment agent on an outer layer B PVC after dried cured; D. colorant, C, rolling press roll having panel-patterns ball cooling obtain leather. The method uses no solvent during production process, thus causing environmental impact or pollution, raw material adopted environmentally friendly, produced leather soft surface, strong gripping characteristics, high elasticity, being wear-resistant, aging-resistant hydrolysis-resistant.
