摘要: The aim of the study was to investigate effect resistance exercise alone or in combination with oral intake branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) on phosphorylation 70-kDa S6 protein kinase (p70(S6k)) and mitogen-activated (MAPK), extracellular signal-regulated (ERK1/2), p38 MAPK skeletal muscle. Seven male subjects performed one session quadriceps muscle training (4 x 10 repetitions at 80% repetition maximum) two occasions. In a randomized order, double-blind, crossover test, ingested solution BCAA placebo during after exercise. Ingestion increased plasma concentrations isoleucine, leucine, valine throughout recovery (2 h postexercise), whereas no change noted trial. Resistance led robust increase p70(S6k) Ser(424) and/or Thr(421), which persisted 1 2 ingestion further enhanced 3.5-fold recovery. Thr(389) unaltered directly However, recovery, profoundly increased, but only Furthermore, ribosomal also period Exercise marked ERK1/2 phosphorylation, completely suppressed upon by BCAA. conclusion, BCAA, exercise, mediate signal transduction through
