摘要: In a process for preparing the 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-mercapto-phenol comprising (i) sulfonation of 2,6-di-t-butyl- phenol, (ii) optional preparation an easily reducible derivative thus obtained 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, and (iii) reduction acid or thereof, improvement carrying out step with silylated sulfonating agent.
