摘要: Methods of killing prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-expressing, taxane-resistant cancer cells are provided. In particular, PSMA-expressing, contacted with an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that comprises antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof specifically binds to PSMA conjugated monomethylauristatin norephedrine phenylalanine.
