摘要: Transimmunization methods incorporating skin immunologic challenges are described for either selectively suppressing the immune response of recipients transplanted tissue or cells monitoring induced anti-cancer immunity. In one embodiment, from transplant donor is allografted to recipient induce an immunological skin. A quantity blood taken and treated render T in apoptotic differentiation monocytes into dendritic cells. The incubated administered formation suppressor cell clones which reduce number attacking organ. This tolerogenic approach can be complemented by also feeding immature necrotic organ donor. a second loaded with tumor antigens injected intradermally monitor immunity Transimmunization.
