摘要: Abstract Hypothalamic slices prepared from female rats in various hormonal conditions were incubated vitro the presence or absence of 10 μM norepinephrine (NE), and cyclic AMP content was measured. Slices animals late diestrus with exogenous estrogen treatment responded to NE marked elevations all but posterior hypothalamus. sacrificed proestrus following plus progestin administration showed little no NE-stimulated accumulation.
