摘要: Abstract The equation describing changes of gas sensor conductance with temperature and reducing concentration within a thermal cycle has been derived from simple kinetic expressions for basic gas/ surface interactions. Output signals thermally cycled Figaro #813 carbon monoxide, hydrogen propane have subsequently fitted to the equation. satisfactory agreement obtained between theoretical experimental responses implies that shape output signal tin oxide can be understood in terms pure model including three processes: adsorption, desorption catalysed oxidation.
