摘要: The extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) are important macromolecular components in microbial aggregates. three EPS extraction methods – ultrasound + cation exchange resins (CER) sulfide, formamide NaOH, and heat were investigated the study, component differences of extracted from loose flocs dense aerobic granules compared using chemical analysis three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix (3D-EEM). Results showed that contents effectively by NaOH methods, CER sulfide method did not extract polysaccharides (PS) or protein (PN) sludge samples. 3D-EEM indicated nature peak B/D, C/E/F, A/G attributed to PN-like, humic acid-like fulvic fluorophores. All fluorophores can be detected through method. Hopefully this will provide more information about interaction mechanism
