摘要: Abstract An experimental design (ED) approach was applied to study the weight of three factors in synthesis a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) specific for iprodione fungicide. The objective obtain high with best performance binding. Thirteen iprodione-imprinted polymers and 13 non-imprinted (NIP) were synthesized according ED having 3 influencing factors: polymerization method, crosslinker nature functional monomer type. For each factor, two levels studied: bulk precipitation first trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TRIM) ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) second methacrylamide (MAM) alone or styrene third factor. responses were: imprinting site number apparent affinity constant. They determined after studying interactions between MIP NIP hydro-alcoholic medium. using MAM as monomer, EGDMA polymerization. It has an factor 2.4, 1172 constant 19.36. characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Nitrogen sorption isotherms. mesoporous structure surface area 407 m 2 ·g − 1 . Molecularly solid phase extraction (MISPE) successfully applied, MIP, preconcentrate from white wine containing competing fungicides.
