Sheep farming and large carnivores: What are the factors influencing claimed losses?

摘要: Large carnivore populations are recovering in many parts of the world and this generates conflicts with humans, notably terms livestock depredation. Governmental programs mitigation measures compensation for losses often implemented to reduce conflicts, but factors affecting poorly understood.
