摘要: Abstract Primary hyperparathyroidism is a disease caused by functional neoplasm of the parathyroid glands. Symptoms are due either to renal and bony changes which accompany or disturbances in ionic calcium phosphate metabolism. Oral manifestations usually generalized osteomalacia with loss lamina dura “cystic” lesions osteitis fibrosa. A case reported both mandibular cystic partial were present. Diagnosis was suggested oral findings complete history. Adequate laboratory tests confirmed tentative diagnosis. The causative adenoma removed surgically. Follow-up evaluation has demonstrated “healing” “cystic lesions” regeneration dura. This significant that not only does it demonstrate classic primary hyperparathyroidism, but also thorough clinical, radiographic, when combined history may sometimes provide diagnosis makes an extensive operation unnecessary.
