Preparation and characterization of new organosoluble polyamides with good thermal properties containing photosensitive group in the main chain

摘要: In this article, we have successfully synthesized a new dicarboxylic acid, from the two step reactions. At first 4,4′-bis(1,2-diphenoxyethane) dialdehyde was 1,2-dibromoethane and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde , then diacrylic acid malonic in solvent free reaction. Four organosoluble thermally stable polyamides (PAs) with good inherent viscosities containing photosensitive groups were direct polycondensation reaction of four various aromatic diamines group, by different methods such as medium consisting N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP)/triphenyl phosphite (TPP)/calcium chloride (CaCl2)/pyridine (Py) tosyl (TsCl)/pyridine (Py)/N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) system. All above polymers fully characterized 1H-NMR, FTIR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), elemental analysis, viscosity, solubility tests, UV–vis spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
