摘要: The present study aimed to analyze the expression levels of adenosine diphosphate ribosylation factor guanylate kinase 1 (ASAP1) and focal adhesion (FAK) in gastric cancer (GC) tissues order explore their association with clinicopathological features prognosis. A total 32 patients GC were enrolled study. All had complete clinical follow-up data paraffin-embedded normal mucosal tissues. ASAP1 FAK these measured by immunohistochemistry. associations factors survival subsequently analyzed. (59.4%) (68.8%) significantly higher than those (28.1 40.6%, P<0.05). associated depth invasion, lymph node metastasis pathological stage (P<0.05). was positively (P<0.001). In addition, negatively disease-free time overall 5-year rate negative or compared that positive conclusion, highly expressed human may serve a synergistic role promoting tumorigenesis, progression, invasion GC. patient's survival. Therefore, represent novel molecular markers for pathophysiology prognosis
