摘要: Antibody response to PPD and phosphatide antigens of Mycobacterium bovis was monitored at monthly intervals by ELISA in buffaloes experimentally infected with 10 mg (wet weight) M. (field isolate) intratracheally. The cellular immune evaluated leukocyte migration inhibition test using antigen intradermal tuberculin test. titres detected increased progression the disease, but statistically significant high were found only later stages (450 DPI) disease. antigen, however, increase from 15 DPI onwards. Cell mediated responses revealed maximum 135 gradual decline thereafter. Tuberculin positive 30 before death or sacrifice 450 DPI. An inverse relationship between LMIT evident 255 480
