摘要: The emergency department (ED) can pose an increased risk for frail older adults. As the number of adults in general population grows, so will who seek care ED. This article examines kinds problems which visit ED and assessments that be performed to help reduce risks. Geriatric-friendly waiting areas, comprehensive discharge planning, alternatives visits are explored.
