Structural and dielectric properties of A(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3 [A = Ba, Sr, Ca]

摘要: Abstract The complex perovskite oxide barium iron tantalate (BFT), BaFe 1/2 Ta O 3 , strontium (SFT), SrFe and calcium (CFT), CaFe are synthesized by a solid-state reaction technique. Rietveld refinement of the X-ray diffraction data samples shows that BFT SFT crystallize in cubic structure, with lattice parameter  = 4.06 A for 3.959 A SFT, whereas CFT crystallizes orthorhombic structure having parameters  = 5.443 A, b  = 5.542 A c  = 7.757 A. Fourier transform infrared spectra show two primary phonon modes at around 450 cm −1 620 cm . compounds significant frequency dispersion its dielectric properties. impedance plane plots relaxation (conduction) mechanism these materials is purely bulk effect arising from semiconductive grains. modelled Cole–Cole equation. dependent conductivity found to follow power law.
