摘要: In late 1999 the National Mental Health Working Group of Australian Ministers Advisory Council commissioned and New Zealand College Nurses to undertake a scoping study mental health nursing. A final report will be submitted in February 2000. The purpose this article is draw attention some systemic problems that confront education nurses Australia. Shortcomings preparation undergraduate students nursing for commencing practice are described comments given on issues affecting quality postgraduate education.
