摘要: Abstract Semiconductor nanoparticles incorporated highly aligned electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) composite nanofibers were obtained via a simple, scalable and low-cost dip coating technique at room temperature. The resultant PAN exhibited good incorporation of CdS, ZnS CoS semiconductor nanoparticles. detailed characterizations these investigated. on the surfaces confirmed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy diffraction analysis. current–voltage (I–V) characteristics revealed that electrical conductivity higher than pristine nanofibers. Overall, feasibility obtaining uniformly dispersed can be utilized for realization various nanotechnological device applications.
