摘要: The aim of this study is to provide fundamental knowledge the treatment wastewater containing a non-biodegradable reactive dye (C.I. Reactive Blue 19) and/or other anthraquinone dyes by catalytic effects iron salt known as Fenton's reagent. As an advanced oxidation method, reagent has advantage that it combines both and coagulation processes. influence main operating parameters such sulfate hydrogen peroxide doses, solution pH, temperature, initial concentration presence different concentrations sodium chloride been studied systematically at laboratory scale. obtained results showed best pH value for decolorization 3. An increase in temperature resulted higher removal rates. Results ions have negative impact on RB19 Fenton oxidation. Fe2+ H2O2 doses accelerated color COD removals until point where further addition or became inefficient unnecessary. A new empirical kinetic model investigation based simultaneous first second-order kinetics was derived compared individual first- models. mixed-order excellent correlation with experimental data.
